GENDER EQUALITY POLICY
Sepiciler Çaybaşı Deri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, adopts the “Gender Equality” principle which was determined by the members of the United Nations as one of the “Sustainable Development Goals” and places this principle in the centre of its business conduct. As stated in its Recruitment Procedure and Social Compliance Policy, it carries out activities regarding practices which observe gender equality.
